Jacinto \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m acusado de ser&nbsp; o respons\u00e1vel pela apropria\u00e7\u00e3o indevida de meios rolantes oferecidos pelo Governo para fins institucionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m do processo-crime, Francisco Jacinto enfrenta ac\u00e7\u00f5es c\u00edveis no Tribunal, relacionadas a alegadas viola\u00e7\u00f5es dos estatutos da CGSILA e do seu regulamento interno, bem como casos de m\u00e1 gest\u00e3o denunciados por outros membros da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesma fonte refere que, desde 2002, o secret\u00e1rio-geral tem alegadamente recorrido a manobras internas, incluindo a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de divis\u00f5es entre sindicalistas, para se manter no poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro processo judicial foi tamb\u00e9m movido por membros do sindicato sob sua lideran\u00e7a, que o acusam de irregularidades financeiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O jornal Hora H entrou em contato com o acusado, que negou todas as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es e afirmou n\u00e3o ter conhecimento de qualquer notifica\u00e7\u00e3o formal contra si. Francisco Jacinto declarou que, no sindicato que dirige, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 registro de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es por parte dos trabalhadores quanto \u00e0 sua gest\u00e3o.
