Luanda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>REDAC\u00c7\u00c3O JORNAL FAX<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num documento com o t\u00edtulo \u201cCertid\u00e3o de valida\u00e7\u00e3o e certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00edvida\u201d em posse do Jornal Fax, datado de 2 de Junho de 2023, assinado por Sebasti\u00e3o Ngunza, a IGAE fez saber que, em sede do processo de averigua\u00e7\u00e3o efectuou uma auditoria de conformidade dos elementos constitutivos da d\u00edvida, supostamente reclamada pela empresa HAIPING INTERNACIONAL, LDA, do cidad\u00e3o chin\u00eas, Zhang Haiping, com o NIF: 5401176732, com a Declara\u00e7\u00e3\u03bf n\u00ba 7271.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"713\" height=\"1024\" das evid\u00eancias obtidas e, ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias e exame dos documentos probat\u00f3rios dispon\u00edveis (contratos, facturas, audi\u00e7\u00f5es em autos de declara\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos equivalentes), objectos do processo de averigua\u00e7\u00e3o, concluiu-se pela valida\u00e7\u00e3o e certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00edvida no valor de Kz 43 757 218 719,16 (Quarenta e tr\u00eas mil milh\u00f5es, setecentos e cinquenta e sete milh\u00f5es, duzentos e dezoito mil setecentos e dezanove kwanzas e dezasseis c\u00eantimos) a favor da empresa supramencionada\u201d, l\u00ea-se no documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Uma fonte pr\u00f3xima ao governo provincial do Zaire, disse ao Jornal Fax que n\u00e3o existe nenhuma obra avaliada no valor em causa e que o governo nunca celebrou nenhum contrato com a empresa mencionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fontes do Jornal Fax, garantem estarem dispostas a &#8220;dar a cara&#8221; em tribunal para provar qu\u00e3o falsa \u00e9 a
