ÚLTIMA HORA: EXONERAÇÕES RELÂMPAGO NA UNIDADE DE SEGURANÇA PRESIDENCIAL

No exercício do cargo de comandante da Unidade de Segurança Presidencial desde janeiro deste ano, o Brigadeiro Yava Zeca Pedro Félix realizou, na manhã desta quinta-feira, 28, uma série de exonerações nesta estrutura responsável pela proteção do Presidente da República, gerando um sentimento de “caça às bruxas”.

O Brigadeiro Yava Zeca Pedro Félix afastou o chefe da guarnição especial, responsável pela proteção dos edifícios do palácio presidencial, o chefe do armamento e técnica, o responsável pela logística, entre outros. Todos esses oficiais possuem patentes compreendidas entre tenentes-coronéis e coronéis. Segundo apurou o Club-K, essa exoneração relâmpago deu origem a sentimentos de supostas caças às bruxas, pois os visados são conhecidos por estarem ligados ao antigo número dois da unidade, Brigadeiro Santos Manuel Nobre “Barba Branca”.

Após o afastamento, logo após uma reunião operativa que ocorreu nesta manhã, o comandante da USP emitiu instruções aos exonerados para que limpem seus gabinetes a fim de facilitar a entrada em funções dos novos oficiais nomeados.

Além das exonerações, o Brigadeiro Yava Zeca Pedro Félix anunciou a criação de um quadro orgânico para a USP, gerando críticas, pois extinguiu o chamado gabinete jurídico. Entre os reparos feitos no seio dos militares, há o entendimento de que o gabinete jurídico não pode ser extinto, pois esta estrutura tem importância histórica ao tratar de assuntos de litígios envolvendo a instituição.

Em 2017, a caravana do Presidente João Lourenço atropelou um adolescente de 12 anos durante a sua deslocação ao enclave de Cabinda. Em agosto do ano seguinte, um incidente semelhante ocorreu na província do Huambo, onde a pequena Graciana Adriana, de 5 anos de idade, foi vítima mortal de um acidente provocado por uma viatura da escolta presidencial. O assunto foi tratado pelo gabinete jurídico da USP, que enviou um oficial para responder em tribunal em nome da instituição. Com a extinção do gabinete jurídico, a USP fica desprovida de um órgão que trata das questões de litígio, razão pela qual tem surgido críticas ao comandante Yava Zeca Pedro Félix, autor intelectual pelo fim deste gabinete.
