Entre os nomeados destacam-se os tenentes-generais António José Neto, para o cargo de comandante da Região Militar Norte; Remígio do Espírito Santo (comandante da Região Militar Sudeste); ao passo que se realça a exoneração do comissário bombeiro principal Bensau Mateus, do cargo de comandante do Serviço de Protecção Civil e Bombeiros do Ministério do Interior, para o qual havia sido nomeado através do Decreto Presidencial nº 271/19, de 30 de Agosto.

Foram nomeados, também, oficiais comissários do Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC), com destaque para os comissários de Investigação Criminal José Carlos de Barros Gomes, para o cargo de director de Identificação e Cadastro do Serviço de Investigação Criminal do Ministério do Interior; Rufino Mário Zangui (director de Combate ao Narcotráfico do Serviço de Investigação Criminal do Ministério do Interior); e Armando Domingos Capapa Agostinho (director de Combate aos Crimes de Fraudes Financeiros e Fiscais do SIC do Ministério do Interior).
